Can I drop my car off before or after hours? 

Yes you may, the front door of the shop has a mail slot.  Just write a quick note and drop your keys with the note attached into the mail slot.

Are you the shop that's on the same street as the DMV?

Yes we are.

Are you open on weekends?

No, we are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
